Our mission is to provide best-in-class support for AeroScout Industrial Solutions.
Within this portal, we offer several types of support:
Product Line Discontinuation
We regret to inform you that we are discontinuing the AeroScout Industrial product line effective November 1, 2015.
As a result of this decision:
(i) Products will not be available for purchase after October 31, 2015;
(ii) installation support will not be available for new orders; and
(iii) your agreement will not be renewed.
We will fulfill our warranty obligations for products we have sold, including any sold between now and November 1, and we will provide installation support for orders we have already accepted. In addition, and in accordance with AeroScout Industrial’s support and maintenance policy, we will continue to provide support and maintenance services for installed systems to AeroScout Industrial customers until expiration of the applicable maintenance contract(s). If you have accepted orders from customers for which you need our support, and you have not yet submitted your orders to AeroScout to fulfill those orders, please contact us promptly to discuss your support requirements.
It is important to note that this decision affects only the AeroScout Industrial business: AeroScout products for the healthcare market will continue to be available, and the healthcare business will continue to operate as usual, serving its thousands of customers worldwide.

Software Downloads AeroScout Industrial releases at least one
major version per year. Your active Support and Maintenance agreement
keeps your software current with the "lastest and greatest" features!
You may download software on your schedule or schedule
a remote session with one of our experts.
Integration Support provides access to the software development kits (SDK). The SDK includes references, sample code and support questions.
